  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Prohibited Activities: You will not misuse the Service, including engaging in unauthorized access, distributing malware, or violating applicable laws.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Fees: Use of certain features may require a subscription fee, payable as specified on our pricing page.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. User-Generated Content

  • Responsibility: You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination
